This policy explains what data JoshCKH collects, why, and how it's used when you use the managed WhatsApp service or this website.

1. What we collect

• From your customers: Name, phone number, and message content exchanged through the WhatsApp Business API on your managed number.
• From you: Name, email, business details, and billing information provided during onboarding.
• Automatically: Basic analytics (page views, device type) via Google Analytics. No tracking cookies for ads.

2. How we use it

• To run the WhatsApp automation system — auto-replies, bookings, reminders, CRM.
• To monitor system health and fix issues before they affect your customers.
• To send you service updates and billing receipts. No marketing emails unless you ask.

3. Where data lives

Conversation data is processed through the official Meta WhatsApp Business API and stored on managed cloud infrastructure. Your CRM data stays in the dashboard you're given access to. Nothing is stored on personal devices.

4. Who has access

Only Josh (operator) and the infrastructure providers that process data to deliver the service (Meta, cloud hosting). No third parties, no data selling, ever.

5. Your rights

• Access: You can request a full export of your CRM data at any time.
• Deletion: Request deletion of all stored data. Processed within 30 days.
• Cancellation: When you cancel, your data is exported and then permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. WhatsApp Business API

The service uses the official WhatsApp Business API, which is governed by Meta's Business Messaging Policy. Message content is encrypted end-to-end between your customers and the WhatsApp number.

7. Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand basic traffic. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. You can block analytics with any ad blocker or browser privacy setting.

8. Email outreach

If you received a cold email from me, your email address was obtained from public business listings. You can unsubscribe here at any time. I do not sell or share your email.
